For consideration, the “Mamba.” ’92 dodge ramcharger sle with a strong 318, automatic trans, and 4×4. This gnarly ramcharger is 99% rust free (there is a tiny spot on the bottom corner of one of the rear wheel wells, but as you can see, even the frame is clean), has a brand new suspension and bushings with mild lift and ez ride springs (from valley spring), rebuilt trans (from pete’s transmission), nice, cold a/c, brand new tires and brakes, and factory sunroof and rear roof vent. Valley spring also replaced the steering shaft when they did the suspension and bushings. The original owner removed the factory catalytic converter so we had a new one put on for valley emissions purposes.

Lest you be concerned that the oem mill is the weaker option compared to the other choice offered at the time, dodge’s 360, fear not. The 318 is actually the higher rated mill for 1992, with a factory rated 230 hp. This one still pulls strong at 109,000 miles. The engine fires right up and has a sweet exhaust rumble. She wears an older black respray that is faded in spots, but as can be seen in the photos, takes a fantastic shine on much of the body. The chrome on this truck is awesome, and shines like an icicle.

Of note, in 1992,with smaller sport utes and other options taking over the market, dodge slashed its production of ramchargers. This is the next to last year, with 1993 being the final model year. All told, it is my understanding dodge made approximately 3,000 total ramchargers in the 1992 and 1993 model years. This is a rare beast indeed. This truck turns heads, and has loads of $ appreciation to come. Think about the universe of hundreds of thousands of ’92 and ’93 broncos and blazers compared to just 3,000 ramchargers, and decide, do you want to be one of them, or do you want to stand out? Emissions and registration good for the year
